1. Introduction
Clipping Path Center (“CPC”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates clippingpathcenter.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our image editing services.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your intellectual property. Client imagery is treated as confidential material rather than as ordinary business data, and is subject to the additional protections set out in section 4.
2. Information we collect
Personal data. We collect personally identifiable information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, company name and billing address, when you register for an account, request a quote or place an order.
Project data. When you use our services we receive the images, files and instructions you send for editing, together with communication records relating to your projects.

3. How we use your information
To provide services. To process your image editing orders, communicate with you about your projects and deliver the finished files.

We do not use client imagery to train machine learning models, and we do not license, sell or transfer client imagery to any third party for that purpose or any other.
4. Data security and NDAs
All client files are handled under strict Non-Disclosure Agreements. Access to your images is restricted to the editing team assigned to your work and their quality-control reviewer.
We employ administrative, technical and physical safeguards including encrypted SFTP and FTPS transfer and encrypted storage. Plain unencrypted FTP is not offered.
Unless legally compelled, we will never share, sell or use your images for promotional purposes without your explicit written consent. This includes portfolio use, social media and case studies.
Once a project is completed and delivered, files are retained for [number] days and then deleted. Permanent deletion at any earlier point is available on request.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
