One form, then credentials

Request an FTP Account

A dedicated transfer account takes one form and removes browser uploads from your process for good. Tell us who needs access, roughly what volume you move and how your folders are organised, and credentials are issued to the contact you nominate.

Why request one

What changes once you have an account

Transfers that resume

A browser upload that fails at 90 per cent starts again. An SFTP transfer resumes from where it stopped, which matters on a four-hundred-file batch.

Your folder structure, kept

Whatever subfolder logic you use internally is mirrored rather than flattened, and delivered files come back named to your convention.

Collection on a cycle

Files dropped overnight are picked up on an agreed cycle without anyone sending a message to say they are there.

Account request

Request your credentials

Credentials are issued to the technical contact you nominate below, not to the address this form is submitted from, unless they are the same person.

After you submit

What happens next

01

Acknowledgement

A confirmation that the request arrived, with the name of the person handling the setup.

02

Provisioning

Your folders are created, the naming convention is configured and access is limited to the team assigned to your account.

03
🔑

Credentials issued

Host, port, username and password go to your nominated technical contact through a secure channel — never in a plain email.

04

First transfer

Send a small test batch first. It confirms the connection and the folder logic before a real deadline depends on it.

If you do not know your naming convention offhand, send an example filename. One real example is more useful than a description.

FAQ

FTP account requests: common questions

How long does setup take?

[Confirm the genuine provisioning turnaround before publishing a figure.] You will get an acknowledgement immediately with the name of the person handling it.

How are credentials sent?

Through a secure channel to your nominated technical contact, never in a plain email. If you have a preferred method for receiving credentials, say so on the form.

Do I need an existing account to request FTP access?

No. New clients can request transfer access at the same time as their first order, and it is often the sensible order of operations if your first batch is large.

Can we have separate accounts for different brands or teams?

Yes. Say so on the form and separate accounts are provisioned with their own folders and credentials, so one team’s files are not visible to another.

Should I send a test batch first?

Yes, always. A small test transfer confirms the connection, the folder logic and the naming convention before a real deadline depends on any of them.

Is there a cost for an FTP account?

[Confirm whether transfer accounts are free or carry a setup cost before publishing an answer here.]

One form, and browser uploads are behind you.

If you would rather set it up on a call, that works too.
