What to include so the first reply is a real one
A quote needs six things. Sending them in the first message removes a day of back and forth.

How quickly will I get a reply?
Within one working day on email for a new enquiry, and a written quote within one working day of the specification being agreed. If you send images with your first message, the reply usually contains the quote rather than more questions.
Where are you actually based?
Production is a single facility in Dhaka, Bangladesh, with 150-plus in-house editors. Client-facing offices and support run from the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia. The addresses are listed above.
Can I sign an NDA before sending anything?
Yes. An NDA can be signed before any file is transferred, and every file is covered by one as standard whether or not a separate agreement is in place.
Do you offer support outside business hours?
[Confirm the genuine out-of-hours position before publishing an answer. A 24-hour claim that does not hold is worse than stated business hours.]
What is the fastest way to get a price?
Send two or three representative images with the volume, the deadline and the output specification. A quote built on real files is firm; a quote built on a description is an estimate that changes later.
