Six things that turn a quote into a firm number
A quote built on a description is an estimate that moves later. A quote built on your actual files and specification does not.

Files return in the agreed formats within 24 hours of approval. Anything off-specification is corrected free of charge.

How soon will I get a price?
A written quote comes back within one working day of submission. Existing accounts with agreed pricing skip the quote and go straight into production.
Is there a minimum order?
No. A single image is a normal order here, and pricing scales with volume rather than gating access to the service.
How large a batch can I upload here?
This form is intended for batches a browser can handle comfortably. [Confirm the per-upload size and file-count limit.] For anything larger, request an FTP account and push files directly.
What if I do not know the full specification yet?
Submit anyway and say so. We will tell you which decisions are still open — usually background value, output dimensions or colour reference — rather than quoting around the gap and repricing later.
When do I pay?
Invoicing follows delivery, with terms agreed at account setup. New accounts may be asked to settle the first order before delivery, which is stated in the quote rather than discovered afterwards.
Are my files confidential?
Yes. The NDA applies from the moment files arrive, transfer is encrypted, and your images are used only to complete your order. They are never used as samples without your written permission.
What if the delivered files are wrong?
They are corrected free of charge. Revisions are free until the files match the specification you stated on this form, which is why that field matters more than any other.
