Six things that turn a quote into a firm number
A quote built on a description is an estimate that moves later. A quote built on your actual files and specification does not.

What happens next
Acknowledgement
You get a confirmation that the files arrived, with a reference for the job. The NDA applies from this point.
Quote
A written quote against your stated specification within one working day. Existing accounts skip this and go straight to production.
Production and QA
A named team edits the batch, and every file passes three quality-control stages against your specification.
Delivery
Files return in the agreed formats within 24 hours of approval. Anything off-specification is corrected free of charge.
